The presale period is available now. Estimated delivery dates for presale items are two to four weeks after purchase date, subject to change based on production schedules and shipping availability. HONORARY KIN LLC will notify customers of any significant changes to delivery dates. Presale items are eligible for cancellations and a refund within seven days of purchase. After this period, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. Upon receipt of presale items, refunds are accepted only under the case of documented damage reported to the HONORARY KIN LLC team within seven days of arrival. Changes to presale orders (e.g. address changes) can be made by contacting HONORARY KIN LLC until shipment date. Any promotional offers or discounts applicable to presale items will be outlined on the product page. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion start date. Upon cancellation of a presale order, any related promotional offers or discounts will be removed. Customers will receive updates regarding their presale order via email.
